For the past 2 years, I have been working as a product designer & strategic consultant for one of the top 5 banks in the nation. During this time, I have worked with internal teams to redesign and modernize their mobile web banking experience. Throughout my project, I have worked diligently to help reimagine the application's user profile and settings, updating their user experience to match the bank's mission to be innovative. I've collaborated within a small design team and across product development teams throughout the process, leading multiple design and development reviews. Our co-design approach and attention to detail has led the client teams to renew our contract every year. In the coming months, the results of our strategic approach and intentional design will soon launch to its new users providing them with a banking experience that meets their needs and solves their pains.

Throughout my time working along the client's teams, I have been able to establish a relationship of trust and respect and deliver a high quality of work. Due to the nature of this work falling under a NDA, I unfortunately cannot show the visual designs created during my time with them.
